Can I order from several farms and producers at the same time?
Yes. This is one of Farmlio's main ideas - you can combine products from different farms and producers in one cart.
How does delivery work?
We deliver products to homes across Lithuania, or you can pick them up at a selected pickup location. Available receiving methods and dates are shown during checkout.
Are all products delivered at the same time?
If the selected products have the same receiving date, we consolidate orders from different sellers into one delivery or pickup.
Why do some sellers apply a minimum order amount?
Minimum order amounts help farms and producers prepare and ship orders efficiently. Each seller's minimum amount is shown next to their products.
When will I receive my order?
Each product shows the earliest available receiving date. You will choose the exact receiving date during checkout.
How is product freshness ensured?
Products travel directly from farms and producers without intermediate warehousing. Together with DPD Fresh and refrigerators installed at pickup locations, we maintain the right temperature throughout the journey.
In which cities does Farmlio operate?
Home delivery is available across Lithuania. Pickup locations are listed on the Pickup locations page. At the moment, at least one pickup location operates in 11 Lithuanian cities.
Can I order home delivery?
Yes. Together with our partner DPD Fresh, we deliver products across Lithuania. You will be informed about the exact delivery time by SMS on the delivery day.
Can I pick up my ordered products at a convenient time and place?
Yes. You can pick up your order at the selected pickup location during its opening hours. At the moment, at least one pickup location operates in 11 Lithuanian cities. You can find the full list on the Pickup locations page.
What happens if I receive a poor-quality product?
If you received a poor-quality or damaged product, contact us within 2 calendar days. We review each situation individually.
Why buy through Farmlio instead of directly from each producer?
Farmlio lets you combine products from different farms and producers in one cart, choose one receiving method, and, when possible, receive the order together. This helps save time and simplifies shopping.
How can I become a seller?
If you grow or produce food and want to sell on Farmlio, fill in the registration form in the "Sell on the platform" section.
